At Ninikua, we want every step you take in our shoes to feel amazing. If they aren’t the perfect fit or style, we’ve designed a straightforward return process to get you back on your feet.
1. THE 14-DAY QUICK RETURN POLICY
Because we move fast, we offer a 14-day return window. This allows us to keep our collections fresh and available for all our fans. You have two weeks from the delivery date to decide if your Ninikua shoes are right for you.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We’ve made it simple:
- Visit our Online Return Portal and enter your order number.
- Select the reason for your return (too big, too small, changed mind).
- Download and print your return authorization slip.
3. EXCHANGES (THE FASTER WAY)
Love the shoes but need a different size? We offer a One-Time Free Exchange. If you choose to exchange for a different size of the same model, we will waive the shipping fee for the replacement pair!
4. REFUND TIMELINES
Nobody likes waiting for their money.
- Once your return is scanned by the courier, we send you an automated “Return Received” email.
- Our team processes the refund within 3-5 business days.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-7 days to appear on your statement.
5. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Mistakes happen! If we sent the wrong color or if there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and prioritize your replacement.
