Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to deliver your order accurately and as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed and sent out on the same business day or within 1–3 business days of receipt. Please note that we do not dispatch parcels on weekends or public holidays.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with leading global logistics providers, including:

- FedEx and other local premium carriers depending on your destination.
Shipping Estimates & Rates
Once your order has been dispatched, the following estimated arrival times apply:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Free Shipping on all orders
All deliveries are made on working days. Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Ninikua is not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. For countries where online tracking is unavailable, parcels are sent via registered post.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, a notification card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to organize pickup or re-delivery in these instances.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because shipping times are estimates, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations if an order arrives later than expected. Furthermore, Ninikua does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced or lost after they have been successfully delivered or signed for.
International Customs & Duties
If customs clearance procedures are required in your country, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.
